I went to the Kauaʻi Hindu Monastery yesterday and again it was a magnificent experience. Each time I go to the Monastery I become a little more enlightened. I am grateful for the patience of Paramacharya Sadasivanatha Palaniswami as he guided us through the grounds and thoughtfully answered our many questions.

I am so excited to have my first guests on the podcast! In this episode I sat down with Rev. Rita Andriello-Feren and Rev. Patrick Feren (cslkauai.org) and Kariman Pierce, NTP (karimanpierce.com, who also happens to be my sister). We talk about our first days on the island of Kaua'i as we've embarked on the Sacred Journey of Transformation hosted by Center for Spiritual Living Kaua'i. Part of the conversation discusses the spiritual transformation we collectively shared with an unexpected twist in our day as well as the mind/body connection from the point of view of a nutritionist.
