TODAY’S READING:
55.5-58.1

There is change in the air. Can you feel it? Are you ready for it? Did you create it?

I feel powerful and positive today. Life is progressing and I have decided to board the vessel of life’s perfect journey. What a great feeling this is!

How do I know all this? I know it because I feel it. In the feeling of it I speak my truth… and know that speaking Truth I am, in my own unique way, changing the world for the better.

“Who knows what would transpire if all men would speak the truth?”

It’s a great question, written by Ernest Holmes nearly a century ago, and one that has yet to be answered. It also strikes me that the notions Ernest Holmes is bringing up in today’s reading are still unanswered in many ways. We are still dealing with the same stuff.

My big question is, “WHY?”

The only answer is because we have not truly arrived at the place of understanding who we truly are. We are “The Thing Itself” and nothing else (because nothing else exists. Our feeling that we are separated is what keeps the status quo in place. When will we be able to truly stand up for Truth and claim, “I know and I know that I know?” How about today?

I am going to do just that. I know and I know that I know… and in that I know who I am! Today I am participating in a private concert of Jerry Herman songs. It has been put together as a fundraising event for Global Truth Center. When this evening was originally conceived, I was somehow assigned a song to sing that I didn’t know. It’s from the show, “La Cage Aux Folles,” and is sung by Albin who is the headlining drag queen at the club in the show. Now, I know the show a little, but it’s not a cast album that I keep.

The song I was asked to sing is called, “A Little More Mascara,” and basically speaks to allowing the truth of who we are to shine through. To see the world through the eyes of positivity and light. In the song I literally sing the line, “When I feel beautiful, the world that I am looking at is beautiful too!” That is the truth. It’s pure Science of Mind in that lyric… our feelings are tied to thoughts, which are tied to beliefs… so to feel beautiful is to have beautiful thoughts which are tied to beliefs in beauty. We see the world in relationship to our beliefs, so beliefs in beauty mean we see the world as beautiful.

I trust that we will continue the Spiritual Evolution so that all humanity begins to embody these beliefs in beauty.

When we are all there the experiential world changes.

I’ll tell you what… I am ready for it!
