Just One Small Thing…You Are Infinite!

I am headed to the desert tonight. My father and I are headed out toward Palm Springs to see where we can get a good view of the super-moon full lunar eclipse that will unfold in the early hours of tomorrow morning. I have a deep fascination with things like eclipses because of their mathematical precision. The very fact that we can predict with almost 100% accuracy these events, these alignments of the Earth with the moon and the sun suggests to me that there is order to the Universe. If there were no order then we wouldn’t be able to make these predictions.

I am also fascinated by the idea that there are multiple universes (or universi?) out there. And each one must have its own experience and order.

As easily as we can predict these events, we can determine outcomes in our own lives. It seems a big leap, I know, to make such a statement. That is only because we’ve been conditioned to look for proof. Well, proof is a byproduct. How about making some determinations without limitations and see what happens.

After all, if “Spirit creates by contemplation,” and we are pure spirit with the capacity to contemplate, doesn’t it stand to reason that we create by contemplation as well?

I have come to believe this is true, and demonstrable with mathematical precision, just like an eclipse. But don’t take my word for it. Begin to take stock of your own beliefs and play around with what you believe. Give it a try. See what you think!

Finally, keep this in mind, the very breath you breathe is the breath of spirit… of inspiration. Breathe in! Be inspired!

The magnificence of the Universe is the same magnificence that is within each of us!
